Registration Information

We ask for specific information about individual predictors in order to allow us to provide a level of service to you as users of our Web site. The information we ask for allows us to communicate with predictors, and it allows us to make payments to VIPs and other contest winners when appropriate. At registration, we ask for a username, password, first and last name, mailing address and current email address.

Information Uses

We use the information collected to provide the users with the most efficient and effective service. iPredictThat.Com may use your email address to inform you of special contests or promotions for iPredictThat.Com only. You will be given the option at any time to request that no email be sent to you.

For business purposes, we may need to disclose aggregate information such as the number of registered users. We may provide aggregate information to potential advertisers or service providers. We will not provide individual information we collect to anyone who does not have a specific lawful business reason for knowing, such as providing an address to the deliverer of a cash payment. We also will comply with any Court Order properly served upon us or with any subpoena served upon us.

Group Information

We will give predictors the opportunity to establish groups on the Web site.  The groups will rank predictors within that group.  No group password will be made available through iPredictThat.Com. The passwords must be communicated by the group leader and group members outside of the Web site through personal communication.

Email Addresses

At times, predictors may lose their identification names and/or their passwords. We will forward this information upon the request of a predictor based on the email address you provide at the time of registration. We will give you the opportunity to deny us the right to send this information. Please note if you do deny us the right that we will only provide the information by mail to the address supplied by you.

Consumer Information

During the process of delivering an ad to you, iPredictThat.Com (in conjunction with Engage Media) does not collect any personally identifiable information about you such as name, address, phone number, or email address. However, iPredictThat.Com (in conjunction with Engage Media) does obtain some types of non-personally identifiable information such as the Internet Service Provider you use to connect to the Internet, your browser type, or the type of computer operating system you use (Macintosh or Windows, for example). The information collected by iPredictThat.Com (in conjunction with Engage Media) is used for the purpose of targeting ads and measuring ad effectiveness on behalf of our advertisers.
